Hello! My name is Andy Dinkin. Thanks for wanting to learn more about me.

I am the child of a small business owner. Growing up in the Washington, DC area, I started shoveling snow for my neighbors at age 10 and started pumping gas at 14.

My athletic experience shaped the principles by which I live: Honesty, Teamwork and a Positive Attitude. I received a football scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill {Go Tarheels} and I have made my home in the Charlotte, NC area for more than 23 years.

My first job after college was selling telephone equipment. I had to hunt for my own leads and compete in a competitive sales environment. I parlayed my telecom skills to co-found Tegra Telephone systems at age 26, and I’ve been involved in entrepreneurial efforts ever since.

In 2006 I started a career in commercial real estate with Levine Properties, where I learned at lot about business from some of the country’s most successful entrepreneurs and assisted in large, complex transactions. Today I broker and invest in Charlotte real estate with Legacy Real Estate Advisors, where I specialize a unique Tenant-First, risk-reducing deal structure for real estate investors.

In 2010, I bought a business which has grown to become the SEALS. The company manufactures and supplies refrigeration gaskets and other ancillary services to restaurants, supermarkets, nursing homes, and schools. The best part of this business is the incredible team I’ve assembled. The underpinnings are strongly in place for tremendous growth in our corporate footprint of NC, SC, GA, & VA and franchise sales will start in 2019.

I also speak to sales teams about how to generate more qualified prospects and to high school and college students about the importance of building meaningful relationships. I’m available for keynote speeches at business functions, sales meeting, and sports banquets. I’m currently on the board of Charlotte Torah Center and have previously served on the boards of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, Girls on the Run International, and the Metrolina Business Council. I am also a previous member of Entrepreneurs Organization. In my free time I enjoy attending Bruce Springsteen concerts, taking road trips to Chapel Hill, losing my fantasy football league, playing with my kids, and executing my wife’s honey-do list.
