We are excited to welcome Earl Shinabarger to THE SEALS as the Director of Franchise Development.
Earl has spent his career in a variety of roles in the franchising industry, including franchise sales director with Huntington, representing brands such as CRDN – Certified Restoration Dry Clean Network, Bizzy Box, 1-800-DryClean and One Hour Martinizing, and with Service Brands International where he represented 1-800-DryClean, Mr Handyman, Molly Maid and Protect Painters. He has also personally owned several franchises.
More recently, Earl has been with the BELFOR Franchise Group serving as the Senior National Franchise Recruiter for Hoodz and 1-800-Water Damage, from 2015 through 2021.
Earl’s experience and passion for helping people make him a perfect fit for THE SEALS.
